Massively disappointed with the newformula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this cream in my face for over 30 years. But the new formula is not for me. It doesn’t soak into my skin like the old formula. I’m so sad to now have to source out another face cream because I can’t continue to use this one as I really don’t like everything about the new cream 🥲

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your new formula is absolutely rubbish compared to the old one it leaves a white cast and is oddly thick which defeats the title of it being soft

New vegan formula is a disaster.
Please bring back the old formula, the new vegan formula smells weird and is a nightmare to spread on large areas as it stays white forever. It's so disappointing to see a formerly great product take such a disastrous turn.
