Awful
I have loved this product for years. I opened a new tube yesterday and noticed my lips reacting to the product and drying out almost immediately. This is so disappointing. I usually buy in bulk, as it’s a trusted product. Now I’ve got to bin all the new ones. If I could give less than one star I would.

Why change it?
I have a terrible habit of picking my lips, sometimes until they bleed. I believe it is a form of OCD. This lip balm was the only thing that helped me to heal my lips afterwards. I could put it on at night and my lips would be healed in the morning - it was that good. The “new improved formula” is completely different and is no match. If anything it feels like a watered down version. I’ve yet to find anything as good as the previous one. Why change something that was perfect? Please take note of the reviews and go back to the original formula.

Not improved formula
Used to love this lip balm. Used it daily and my lips were always smooth and moisturised. They have recently changed the formula. It isn’t as ‘thick’ as it used to be. Doesn’t moisturise as well and my lips are now dry and cracked.
